Mayor's Fund for London - Recipe/ Meal Kit Experience Survey

The Mayor's Fund for London Food and Communities Team supports community organisations across London to provide young people and their families with recipe/ meal kits to prepare healthy meals at home during the school holidays.

This short survey is to get your feedback on your experience with the recipe/ meal kits. It will take about 7 minutes to complete. Every completed survey will be entered into a prize draw to win one of five £50.00 vouchers that you’ll be able to use in a variety of high street shops.
